An in-depth guide to the Battle Ground

Objective:

Middle path is where each Titan sits at the start of every match.

The Titan will be surrounded by his "Titan Guards"(Hint** These give better EXP than the small mobs in the alley). In the figure to the left he is in the middle path but still has one more path to go.

After you've lowered the Titans HP enough it will retreat to the next path, you must keep making him retreat.

Until he has finally reached the opposing teams base where you and your team mates will finally destroy him, scoring your team 1 point! Yay! :)

You need to kill TWO Titans to win.

Leveling up & Battle Points

Before you can even think to start attacking the Titan there is 1 step you must do and that is... LEVEL! When you enter the Battle Ground your character will be set at level 120.
"But how can I level up?!? D:!!" You may ask.

Thats simple, we have allocated 2 "Alleys" per team where monster wait to be killed to give you EXP.(Refer to hint above**)

As you level up you will accumulate BP (Battle Points) every 5 seconds or from killing monsters/opposing team.

Once you reach a certain amount of BP you can use it.

You will be able to upgrade your armour & weapon with the BP.

Or if you wish you can also use the BP to purchase potions.

In each base there is a BP Merchant that sells exclusive 4Story mounts aswell as the ones you can get when not in the Battle Ground. You can get summon/teleport scrolls, whips etc~

Skills:

Each team member begins at level 120 when the match starts and given basic level 40 skills. As you level up your other skills become unlocked and available for you to use.

Duration:

The match has no scheduled start/end time, as soon as all players have pushed "Start Battle" in the Battle Ground menu the match will commence.

If need be the match can last over 1 hour with it keeping track of a live score. To see that score push the "i" underneath the time. And if all that fighting is getting too much for you, you can always push the flag and give up!

Rewards:

Participation Reward - are varied amounts of Honor Point, Merits, and Experience Points arranged for the winning team based on each player’s performance measured in BP.
** EXP will not be provided to the characters in the maximum character level.
MVP Reward – is the bonus for the top player in the winning team.
Victory Reward – is reserved for all members of the winning team

If you lost or gave up you still get a Participation Reward, varied amounts of Honor Point, Merits, and Experience Points arranged for the team based on each player’s performance measured in BP.

With all this excitement you want to know how can I enter?! Here's an easy step by step guide to enter the Battle Ground.

1) Click the Sword/War icon in the top right hand corner.

2) Select Enter Battle Ground
3) When prompted to create a mutual code name, choose one carefully for all your character(s) associated with your account.
- Consider the special code name as your passport to enter the Battle Ground.
- The code name must only contain upper- and lower-case alphabets and numbers.
- Once chosen, your code name cannot be changed.
4. If you have set your Battle Ground code name, Battle Ground Settings window will pop up as illustrated in the figure below.
You will have access to a range of gameplay customization options.

All options are selected OFF by default and players can select to use their game money or medals to add advantages to their gameplay. The total game money or medals for selections will be displayed in the bottom right corner of the Settings Window.

Once you're happy with the settings you can begin to invite your team mates.
Note** You will be able to invite Broan players as long as they are merced
into the same nation as you.

Simply type the players in-game name and they will be invited to your team.

The match can not begin until all team players have clicked "Start Battle". Once they have done that the server will search for an opponent. So please be patient as it may take some time.

If you can't find any team mates simply push "Start Battle" and the server will put you in a party with other people that were looking for a 3rd member! (You can be put in a party with another server also)

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- All players will be provided with the same gear which is only valid while in the Battle Ground. (The item will disappear when the battle ends.)
- All participants will be provided with a temporary inventory. The original inventory will be restored when the battle ends.
- Gear and Accessory Optimization will only apply to the already existing options and will not generate or add new options.
- Any options of excessive advantage will be downgraded. (i.e. Close-distance attack speed 23 and Critical Hit options are applicable for downgrade.)
- The maximum number of obtainable BP in each round is 200.
- The resurrection cooltime duration is calculated at one second per every minute of time spent in Battle Ground. For example, if the Battle has lasted for 20 minutes when the death occurred, the character will resurrect after 20 seconds.

Happy Hunting!

4Story Battleground Game Rules

4Story Battleground Route
Battleground Route
The goal of the game will be to drive the three guardians in the middle to the opponent's territory. This will be very similar to playing a soccer game since the players goal will be to drive the central guardian to the opponent's territory. The guardian will only move along the black line, so smart moves are advised.

There will also be several obstacles, such as  Towers, cannons and monsters, and, of course, the opponents will be waiting for them on the other side as well.

4Story Ice Raid Zone
Ice Raid Zone
There will be hunting grounds to help players level up. The raiding dungeons, either hot or cold, will enable each team to power up, like some 5 or 10% additional attack powers to the team, so like most similar games, the smart move would be to conquer the hunting zone and the raiding zone first.

While most of items will be reset upon moving in from the local server to the Battleground server and all items earned will be reset as well upon moving out of the server, some attributes such as experience may be added to the characters in the local server for playing the Battleground game.

4Story Battleground Content Revealed

4Story Battleground Map
New PvP Battleground Map
Today we take a look at the upcoming 4Story new PvP contents, a content much similar to LoL or DotA, code name Battleground. This new PvP map will be accompanied by 2 Hot and Cold raid dungeons, 8 hunting grounds, tons of new items and awesome new monsters.

The battleground will have two sections. Red and Blue. The goal of the game will be to drive the 3 foothold guardians in the middle to the opponent's territory to the point of incineration as the foothold guardian. The team to incinerate one guardian will score one point. The team with a total of 2 points will win the war.

The war will also be a server to server match. This feature, thanks to popular demands from the players, will enable players to fight for their guild, server, nation or a guild in a different server and nation. To join the battle, players will have to log in to a league server where a new match making system will help them find players to play with and record the scores they have achieved.
